What we collect

We collect your email address, your consent record, the date/time and method of consent, consent-version information, a parent/carer and 18+ confirmation, the sign-up page, and limited campaign attribution where present.

Why we use it

We use this information to send up to two parent/carer story and reading-resource update emails per month about Perrin Pebblewake and SixSeven Kiddie. We do not sell your email address or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Consent records are stored outside the public website directory with restricted server permissions. Before any sending service is connected, we will update this notice with the provider name and any relevant overseas disclosure information.

Unsubscribe and suppression

Each marketing email will include a free unsubscribe link that does not require login or extra personal information. Unsubscribe requests are actioned immediately by the system and permanently suppressed from future campaign sends unless you later give fresh consent.

Retention

Active consent records are retained while you remain subscribed. Unsubscribed addresses are retained in a minimal suppression record so we can honour your request and avoid future marketing sends. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal and operational requirements.
